IMPACT Celebrates 20th Anniversary by Organizing CSR Activities, “1 Million : 1 Hospital”, to Provide Medical Equipment for 20 Hospitals with Deficiency Worth 20 Million Baht

IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., the management of IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, celebrates its the 20th anniversary of conducting the convention and exhibition business by organizing CSR activities under the “1 Million:1 Hospital” project with the objective to provide 20 hospitals in need across Thailand with funds to purchase modern medical equipment, the funds will also allow them to provide their patients with timely treatments. Hence, IMPACT has chosen Pranangklao Hospital of Nonthaburi province to be the pilot hospital to receive the first 1 million Baht funding from the campaign. They aim to provide 20 hospitals with the lack of fund and medical devices with 20 million Baht worth of funding by 2019.

Miss Jintana Phongpakdee, Director of Corporate Communications , IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., revealed that  “On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of IMPACT doing convention and exhibition business in 2019, IMPACT is aware of the better life standard that Thai people can gain by us supporting Thai society. Thus, the company has continuously been arranging social activities with the “1 Million :  1 Hospital” project with the goal of granting 20 million Baht funding in order to purchase medical equipment for 20 lacking hospitals across Thailand. We have chosen Pranangklao Hospital in Nonthaburi province as the first hospital to aid in which we have delivered 3 types of medical devices: 1 Ankle-Brachial Index machine, 10 2-winch manual patient beds, and 2 electronic ICU patient beds. Pranangklao Hospital is a medical institution having up to 2,700-3,000 patients waiting to receive care each day covering 8 provinces: Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Ang Thong, Saraburi, Nakhon Nayok, Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya, Lopburi, and Singburi. IMPACT is confident that the aid will be able to help facilitate doctors’ treatments. As for the next phase, IMPACT will select the hospital in need of medical equipment throughout the Bangkok Metropolitan Region as well as other provinces across Thailand. At the same time, we are ready to take a step forward in continuously participating in missions with socially and environmentally oriented goals let the purposes be education, assistance for children and the poor or support for abandoned animals”.

Over the past 20 years, IMPACT has organized no less than 50 campaigns with the aim to help the society such as, 1,000 Golden Teak Plantation Project Against Global Warming, IMPACT’s Grants in Thai Higher Education Fair, IMPACT’s Aid for the People in Need in Nonthaburi, the Continuation of the CSR Project, IMPACT in collaboration with 4 vet hospitals to organize Sterilization Program for Stray Dogs, IMPACT with affiliated companies arranging a fundraising campaign called Fun Run for Life which received around 200,000 Baht from registration fee that was given to Chonprathan Hospital, and the latest “1 Million : 1 Hospital” project to purchase medical equipment worth 20 million Baht for hospitals with deficiency.”
