The star entrees of the Teppan Series include 1) Tori Hamburg Steak Set, topped with delectable secret sauce, corns, Shimiji mushrooms, and butter, 2) Mixed Buta Set, served with bacon, Japanese hot dogs, and three dipping sauces, 3) Salmon Set (Teriyaki/Shioyaki,) 4) Tonkatsu Tamagotiji Set, and 5) Steak Cut Set (Pork/Beef.) Customers pick one from each choice that comes with white rice, kimchi, salad, and soup, just enough to make you feel stuffed.
