The Coffee Academics food menu is heavy on high quality produce, in season ingredients, and layers of flavors. The menu not only balances classical and contemporary techniques but entices attention with a gorgeous presentation. New offerings include “The Summer Crush Salad” and “The Summer Crush Salad with Serrano.” Starting at 180++baht, The Summer Crush Salad features watermelon, Queen tomato, wide rocket, red onion, Japanese cucumber, feta cheese, Thai Marian plum, and balsamic dressing while The Summer Crush Salad with Serrano costs 220++ baht and up with watermelon and Serrano ham as the star of the show.

For customers craving fruity favored beverages, “Mango Paradise,” priced for 220++ baht, warrants a try. The drink is infused with Thailand house blend espresso, mango puree, and pomelo & grape juice topped with mango milk foam. Tea lovers will surely love “Sunrise Earl Gray” accompanied by mango puree, passion fruit squash, and sugar syrup for 180++ baht.

A 10% service charge and 7% VAT are not included.
