“Taisho-Tei” Japanese ramen restaurant under IMPACT Group introduces new premium menu items with prices starting from 329-499 baht, available from today onwards

“Taisho-Tei”, a quality Japanese ramen restaurant operated by IMPACT Muang Thong Thani which is known for flavorful broth inspired by the regional ramen varieties of Japan, introduces a new lineup of delectable Japanese dishes made with premium ingredients including foie gras, unagi (Japanese eel), salmon, and Kani miso (crab paste), with prices starting from 329 - 499 baht. The new premium menu items are available from today onwards (or until further notice).

Discover nine delightful delicacies, starting with three dishes for ramen and Kani miso lovers including “Kani Miso Miso Ramen” (499 baht), ramen noodles with rich miso broth topped with Kani miso, crab meat, and salmon roe, “Kani Miso Tonkotsu Ramen” (499 baht), springy noodles with tonkotsu ramen broth and Kani miso, and “Foie Gras & Aigamo Smoke Ramen” (439 baht), Japanese-style ramen with foie gras and smoked duck. 

For salmon and sushi lovers, don’t miss out on trying “Salmon Spicy Roll” (329 baht), a combination of Norwegian salmon, Japanese rolled omelet and vegetables, topped with spicy sauce, “Salmon Ikura Don” (329 baht), a Japanese rice bowl topped with slices of salmon and salmon roe, and “Kanimiso Salmon Chirashi Don” (499 baht), a Japanese rice bowl topped with diced salmon, Japanese rolled omelet, crab paste, crab meat, and salmon roe.

There are also hot stone rice bowls including “Ishiyaki Foie Gras & Unagi” (499 baht), “Ishiyaki Foie Gras & Salmon” (499 baht), and “Ishiyaki Unagi Ju” (399 baht).
