Step 1 is about grilled dishes, sushi and sashimi, with options including “Unagi Hoba Yaki”, imported Japanese eel grilled on Hoba leaves with special sauce, “Salmon Zanmai”, “Omakase Sashimi Gohin”, and “Salmon Mori”. Step 4 is about main dish, with options including “Pork Cut Steak”, sliced pork grilled on a hot plate, served with potatoes, buttered corn, and a tasty dipping sauce, “Salmon (Teriyaki/Shioyaki)”, “Saba (Teriyaki/Shioyaki)”, and “Salmon Mentai Mayo Yaki”.
