“HEI YIN” Cantonese restaurant invites everyone to enjoy traditional Cantonese-style vegetarian dishes from 2-11 October 2024

“HEI YIN” the authentic Cantonese restaurant operated by IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, celebrates Vegetarian Festival 2024 with a special selection of Cantonese-style vegetarian dishes meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Jacky Chan, who has over 40 years of culinary experience. There are 18 premium and auspicious dishes including nine dim sum creations and nine a la carte dishes, with prices ranging from 60 - 450 baht (exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT). The vegetarian menu is available from 2-11 October 2024.

To begin with, the vegetarian a la carte menu items include “Crispy Bean Curd, Morel Mushrooms with Spice Salt” (450 baht), a flavorful dish with health benefits from morel mushrooms, “Hot and Sour Soup with Bamboo Pith and Morel Mushrooms” (450 baht), a Sichuan-style healthy soup, “Vegetarian Peking duck” (300 baht), crispy bean curd skin with seaweed served with dipping sauce, “Sautéed Vegetarian Shrimp, Chinese Yam, Cucumber, Black Fungus, Lotus Root, Water Chestnuts and Walnut in Deep-fried Mashed Taro” (450 baht), and “Sautéed Mixed Mushrooms and Asparagus with Black Pepper Sauce” (320 baht). Moreover, there are signature dishes priced at 320 each, which are “Stir-fried Green Beans with Vegetarian Shrimp”, “Pan-fried Bean Curd Topped with Preserved Mustard Green and Minced Mushrooms”, and “Fried Rice with Vegetarian Prawns with Truffle Sauce”. There is also “Hot Sticky Rice and Taro with Ginkgo in Sweet Syrup” (60 baht), a perfect dessert to complete the meal.

For vegetarian dim sum dishes, they are made fresh daily using high-quality plant-based ingredients. The dim sum menu is available during 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., with prices ranging from 120-140 baht, including “Steamed Rice Noodle Rolls with Mixed Vegetables”, “Teochew Style Steamed Vegetarian Har Gow”, “Steamed Vegetarian Abalone Siew Mai”, “Pan Fried Vegetarian Turnip Cake”, “Crispy Bean Curd Skin Wrapped with Mixed Mushrooms”, “Deep-fried Mashed Taro with Vegetables”, “Steamed Vegetable Buns”, “Deep-fried Vegetable Wontons with Vegan Salad Cream Sauce”, and “Vegetable Wontons with Sweet and Sour Sauce”.

“HEI YIN” is located on the 3rd floor of Gaysorn Village.
