Celebrate Chinese New Year with 9 auspicious dishes at Hong Kong Fisherman

Food is a big part of celebrating Chinese New Year as it’s believed that certain dishes with symbolic meanings will bring luck and joy to life. The most common Chinese New Year dishes include dumplings, spring rolls, noodles and fish. At Hong Kong Fisherman, our Hong Kong master chefs have carefully prepared auspicious foods in Kung Hei Fat Choy set menu, including Rainbow Raw Salmon & Hokkaido Scallop Platter, a perfect combination of Norwegian salmon and Hokkaido scallop sashimi served with home style salad dressing, Shark’s Fin Soup with Shredded chicken & Black Mushroom, “Peking” Style roasted duck, Stewed Pork Knuckle with black Moss & black mushroom in brown sauce, Steamed River Prawn with Glass Noodles & Garlic, and Deep-fried Crispy Chicken. For those who enjoy in a Chinese table set, you can order either Steamed Black Garoupa with Soya Sauce or Steamed Jade Perch with Soya Sauce. Last but not least, don’t miss to try out the signature Special “Fisherman” Fried Rice, and finish your lucky meal with Black Sesame Dumpling in Ginger Syrup. You can enjoy either a full course set for 10 persons (THB 13,888++) or a la carte dishes (THB 85 – 1,590), as well as a variety of 7 choices of dim-sum made fresh daily (THB 85 – 99).
