The 6 recommended menus start with “Salmon Hoba Yaki” (279 Baht), fresh and firm salmon grilled on Hoba leaf with special miso sauce recipe to increase more heavenly taste. The next dishes, “Maguro Hoba Yaki” (279 Baht) and “Maguro Hoba Yaki” (349 Baht), are also delectable and worth trying.
