Hong Kong Fisherman Launches Cook at Home Menu Featuring Ready-to-Cook Authentic Cantonese Dishes

“Hong Kong Fisherman”, a Chinese restaurant specializing in Cantonese cuisine, now reopens for dine-in services. To celebrate the reopening, the restaurant has launched a new “Cook at Home” menu featuring ready-to-cook meals prepared by a Hong Kong chef using high quality ingredients. You can enjoy a restaurant-like meal by just reheating for a few minutes. There are 20 delectable choices that you can enjoy differently each day.

The first menu is “Whole Sea Cucumber, Goose Web and Black Mushroom with Brown Sauce”. The menu is made from the best quality sea cucumber imported from Hong Kong and braised in brown sauce until it is soft and tender. You can enjoy the meal by defrosting it and reheating for a few minutes. The selling price is only 760 baht. The second menu is “Fresh Fish Maw, Goose Web and Black Mushroom with Brown Sauce”, which costs only 640 baht. Other must-try dishes are “Egg Noodles with Whole Sea Cucumber, Goose Web and Black Mushroom with Brown Sauce” (800 baht) and “Braised Goose Web and Egg Noodle with Brown Sauce'' (750 baht). The restaurant's signature menu, “Braised Dong Po Pork Knuckle” is in a ready-to-eat form and costs only 860 baht. Next, “Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables” is a Hong Kong-style braised pork belly with preserved vegetables which costs only 430 baht. Moreover, simple and delicious meals like “Barbecue Pork Char Siew with Steamed Rice”, “Egg Noodle Soup with Char Siew BBQ Pork”, “Egg Noodle Soup with Fresh Pork Balls”, “Egg Noodle Soup with Fresh Shrimp Balls”, “Sichuan-Style Spicy Noodle Soup with Fresh Pork Balls”, and “Sichuan-Style Spicy Noodle Soup with Fresh Shrimp Balls'' are also available, with prices ranging from 145-365 baht. Furthermore, the restaurant also pampers Hong Kong-style sukiyaki lovers with two choices of ready-to-cook sukiyaki sets including “Pork Sukiyaki Set” (599 baht) and “Mixed Platter Sukiyaki Set” (1,099 baht) containing homemade pork balls and Yunnan ham soup, which is perfect for 2-3 people.

For Hong Kong-style dim sum lovers, there are also frozen dim sum menu items - both steamed and deep-fried - that you can choose and enjoy. The steamed selection includes “Steamed Sweet Custard Buns”, “Steamed BBQ Pork Buns”, “Steamed Minced Pork Buns with Salted Egg Yolk”, “Steamed Prawn Dumplings”, and “Mini Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf”, with prices ranging from 70-340 baht. For deep-fried dim sum, the selling price starts from 140-340 baht. The signature dish that everyone falls in love with is “Deep-Fried Shrimp Wontons”. Just set a pan on medium heat, fry until shrimp wontons turn golden brown and enjoy them with special sweet plum sauce. Apart from deep-fried shrimp wontons, there are “Deep-Fried Chinese Spring Rolls”, “Pan-Fried Tofu Sheet with Minced Shrimp”, and “Pan-Fried Green Chive Rice Cake”, a Hong Kong-style rice cake without excess grease and packed with green chive. These dishes are available in two serving sizes - medium serving for 2 persons and large serving for 4 persons.
