Hong Kong Fisherman, a Chinese restaurant specializing in Cantonese cuisine under IMPACT’s restaurant group, embraces the beginning of winter with Cantonese dishes cooked and prepared by talented Hong Kong chefs. The restaurant proudly presents a new menu, “Hong Kong Style Congee Hotpot”, truly for congee fans. The specialty of Hong Kong Fisherman’s congee hotpot is its aromatic soup that used to braise the premium quality of Jasmine rice into silky smooth congee like eating in Hong Kong.

Moreover, there are a variety of toppings to choose as you wish such as premium seafood. The chefs have selected high-quality and fresh fish and cooked homemade Hong Kong-style meatballs. The homemade meatballs contain fresh pork, cuttlefish, and shrimp that have been perfectly kneaded without adding any pinch of flour to create a bouncy texture. This dish is available for dine-in and takeaway via delivery apps.

For congee hotpot, there are two available options including “Assorted Seafood and Meat Congee Hotpot” selling at 650 baht (for two person) which contains homemade fresh shrimp balls, homemade fresh cuttlefish balls, homemade fresh pork balls, fresh sliced pork neck, fresh pork liver, fresh pork kidney together with congee and soup. The second choice is “Seafood Congee Hotpot Platter” selling at 780 baht (for two person). It comprises homemade fresh shrimp balls, homemade fresh cuttlefish balls, fresh grouper fillet, raw peeled prawn, fresh sliced squid, together with congee and soup. Furthermore, there are premium congee hotpots consisting of the best-quality and rare fishes like fresh gray pomfret and pearl grouper that have been prepared with delicacy for consumption with congee, soup and additional side dishes. The selling price is 1,450-1,650 baht (available for dine-in only).

In addition, there are congee hotpot sets for takeaway and delivery service for customers to enjoy sizzling congee at home. The selling price starts at 845 - 1,900 baht per set. What’s more, customers can select more than 10 a la carte menu items like deep-fried Chinese dough, homemade balls, and preserved eggs to pair with congee hotpot.
