Thonglor Thai cuisine celebrates celebratory events with gift boxes

This packed season of celebrations is right around the corner. Thonglor Thai cuisine’s chef has meticulously crafted an exquisite Thai dessert assortment that is beautifully packaged in a wooden box accompanied by fresh flowers. Not only are our handcrafted desserts yummy and eye-pleasing, but they will definitely impress your loved ones. Prices start from 650 – 3,500 baht, and the gift sets will be sold from November 25, 2021 – January 5, 2022.

For the first gift set, it features crunchy goodies including baked golden threads made by drizzling egg yolks. This dessert is mostly served at weddings and special celebratory fairs and carries a meaning of longevity. It’s believed that golden threads grant a newly married couple a smooth sailing. Next is crispy soft rolls that have Portuguese culinary influences and signify prosperity. Last but not least is Thai shortbread cookies, believed to convey well wishes upon those who eat them.

All desserts can last up to one month in the refrigerator. Please allow 1-2 days for orders to be processed.

On to the next set is an assortment of sweet treats “Golden Turtle,” which symbolizes longevity, “Thong Ake,” which means wealth in Thai, “Cha Mongkut,” a symbol of leadership, “Sanae Chan,” gives the meaning of charm like moonlight, and “Golden Threads,” said to bring good fortune. All of our desserts are packed beautifully in a wooden box decorated with fresh flowers. (Please allow 2-3 days for orders to be processed)

In addition to the yummy desserts, the restaurant is also adding homemade chili paste, which never fails to impress, into your gift wish list. For 2,500 baht, you will get young tamarind paste with crispy fish, ma mard mad, and chili pepper paste, each packaged in a glass jar with a side of fresh vegetables. (Please allow 3 days for orders to be processed.
