Celebrate the heat this summer with healthy options at IMPACT Lakefront, a premier year-round leisure and entertainment destination highlighting al fresco dining, a gorgeous view of the Muang Thong Thani lake, and a pontoon boat ride.  With the genesis of the dining landmark, guests can enjoy an al fresco meal from Breeze Café and Bar, Isan Jim Joom, Uwajima, and Jackie Seafood with menus focusing on local as well as regional ingredients and the authentic flavors.

Healthy eating may sound intimidating and boring to some people, and our chefs are indeed aware of it. They have created innovative recipes by incorporating meatless proteins into the new healthy menu in response to the growing consumer demand while marrying rich flavors with farm-to-table vegetables and proteins. Eating plant-based foods regularly provides several health benefits including lowering the risk of obesity and boosting immune system.

Each single-serving portion is priced at 179 baht and is available from today through May 31, 2022. The plant-based dishes include Breeze Café and Bar’s Plant-Based Omni Crab Cake Avocado Salsa, made from imitation crab, Saeng Wa Plah Pla, loosely translates to seafood salad cooked with Thai herbs and chili paste, red onion, and lemongrass from Isan Jim Joom, Fried Plant-Based Omni Golden Fillet with Salt and Chili (crispy plant-based fish sautéed with chili and salt and garnished with durian flakes,) and Plant-Based Patty Teriyaki Sauce by Uwajima (grilled plant-based pork with teriyaki sauce.)
