Hong Kong Fisherman celebrates Vegetarian Food Festival 2022

“Hong Kong Fisherman”, an authentic Hong Kong-style Chinese restaurant at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, invites everyone to go meatless in celebration of the Vegetarian Food Festival 2022. A wide array of vegetarian delights using quality ingredients is created by Chef Chow Tai Shing, the head chef who has more than 30 years of culinary experience. Let’s enjoy 12 vegetarian a la carte dishes and eight choices of vegetarian dim sum with prices ranging from 90 - 900 baht from 24 September - 4 October 2022

To begin with, 12 vegetarian a la carte dishes include “Hot and Sour Vegetable Wonton Soup” (250 baht), vegetable wonton soup seasoned with Sichuan chili, “Vegetables Wonton Soup with Morel Mushrooms” (250 baht), vegetable wonton soup with Morel mushroom, dubbed as the queen of wild mushrooms, “Stir-fried Veggie Chicken with Five Nuts” (S 450 baht / L 900 baht), stir-fried vegetarian chicken, ginkgo nuts, chestnut, cashew nuts, water chestnut and chilies served in an edible plate made of taro, “Pan-fried Pipa Tofu and Morel Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce” (S 450 baht / L 900 baht), “Braised Gluten Puff Stuffed with Mixed Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce” (S 450 baht / L 900 baht), “Stir-fried Crispy Dough Stick with Sweet and Sour Sauce” (S 420 baht / L 840 baht), homemade dough stick stir-fried with Hong Kong-style sweet and sour sauce, “Stir-fried Mixed Mushrooms and Sugar Snap Peas with Capsicums” (S 420 baht / L 840 baht), “Mashed Sweet Potato Stuffed with Mixed Mushrooms” (S 420 baht / L 840 baht), “Stir-fried Vegetarian Turnip Cake with Sichuan Chili Sauce” (S 350 baht / L 700 baht), turnip cake stir-fried with special Sichuan chili sauce, “Crispy Noodles and Vegetables with Oyster Sauce” (S 350 baht / L 700 baht), “Fried Rice with Veggie BBQ Pork and Black Truffle Sauce” (S 350 baht / L 700 baht), fried rice with veggie BBQ pork and truffle cooked in a wok over high heat for a unique smoky aroma, and “Pumpkin Glutinous Rice Cake Stuffed with Red Bean Paste” (S 200 baht / L 400 baht), a dessert full of vitamin A from pumpkin to finish your meal.

Moreover, there are eight varieties of Hong Kong-style vegetarian dim sum crafted with quality ingredients imported from Hong Kong and priced at 90 baht each, including “Steamed Veggie Prawn Dumplings”, “Steamed Mixed Vegetables Dumplings”, “Steamed Vegetarian Buns”, “Pan-fried Vegetable Dumpling Gyoza”, “Deep-fried Veggie Chicken Spring Rolls”, “Ham Sui Gok" (Deep-fried Veggie Chicken Dumplings), “Pan-fried Vegetarian Turnip Cake”, and “Deep-fried Mashed Taro with Mixed Vegetables”.
