Celebrate Vegetarian Food Festival at “IMPACT Lakefront” with international vegetarian dishes and a cozy atmosphere at Muang Thong Thani lakeside

“IMPACT Lakefront”, an iconic landmark that features four quality restaurants operated by IMPACT Muang Thong Than including “Breeze Cafe & Bar”, “Isan Jim Joom”, “Uwajima” Japanese restaurant and “Jackie Seafood”, welcomes the Vegetarian Food Festival 2022 with an array of international vegetarian dishes using organic vegetables from farmers in Chiang Mai under the “IMPACT Farm” project. There are 12 vegetarian menu items created by skilled chefs with prices ranging from 119 - 179 baht (prices are subject to 5% service charge and 7% VAT), available from 24 September - 4 October 2022.

The 12 international vegetarian dishes from the four restaurants at “IMPACT Lakefront” include “Organic Vegetables and Quinoa Salad” (179 baht), organic asparagus, baby carrot and grilled shimeji mush-room mixed with quinoa and balsamic dressing, “Spaghetti & Plant-based Crab Cake Veggie” (179 baht), plant-based crab meat and spaghetti with olive oil, “Vegetarian Phad Thai” (159 baht), using spe-cial tamarind sauce stir-fried with tofu and various kinds of vegetables, “Vietnamese Veggie Savory Crepe” (179 baht), crispy crepe with vegetable and tofu filling, “Trio Spicy Sweet Corn and Quinoa” (149 baht), tri-color sweet corn mixed with quinoa served in a crispy edible plate, “Strawberry & Apple Spicy Salad” (149 baht), “Fried Rice with Pineapple” (159 baht), “Phad Cha Tofu” (159 baht), spicy stir-fried tofu with Thai herbs including fingerroot, young peppercorn, and chili, “Stir-fried Mee Sua with Golden Plant-based Fish Fillets” (179 baht), “Crispy Mushroom Wonton” (119 baht), “Organic Mixed Salad and Grilled Vegetable Skewer Sesame Sauce” (149 baht), a Japanese-style salad, and “Grilled Tofu Steak Don” (149 baht).
