TCA x Pastry Bakery Chef from “Thai Chef Lab” project supports new generation of chefs by offering their baked goods at all branches of The Coffee Academïcs

“The Coffee Academïcs”, the world-renowned Hong Kong-based specialty coffee brand with locations in Thailand operated by IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, launched the “TCA x Pastry Bakery Chef” program, a collab between The Coffee Academïcs and chefs from the “Thai Chef Lab” project. The first collaboration kicked off at the pop-up store in “VIV Asia 2023” at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani during 7 - 10 March 2023. There will be another pop-up store at the International Motor Show during 20 March - 2 April 2023.

The “Thai Chef Lab” project supports and gives opportunities to young chefs to present their baked creations at all branches of “The Coffee Academïcs”. There will be a rotation of chefs every three months to offer new menu items to customers.
