Tsubohachi rolls out “Natsu Combo” promotion, allowing customers to customize their own set meal at only 899 baht

“Tsubohachi”, a leading Japanese restaurant from Hokkaido, Japan, has rolled out the “Natsu Combo” promotion for customers to customize their own set meal from a wide array of delicious options created by skilled Japanese chefs at a great-value price of only 899 baht. Customers can choose to enjoy menu items like sushi, sashimi, salad, nabe and sukiyaki (with choices of meat including pork, beef, and salmon) and indulge in Japanese desserts at a special price. The promotion runs until 30 September 2023 at all locations of Tsubohachi (except The Portal Lifestyle Complex, Muang Thong Thani).

“Natsu Combo” promotion allows customers to choose their preferred dishes in four steps. For Step 1, customers can select one from these menu items including “Salmon Mori” containing salmon sashimi, salmon belly sashimi, and salmon roe, “Salmon Zanmai”, assorted salmon sushi and sashimi, “Wagamama Salmon”, comprising flame-seared salmon sushi on a bed of crispy tempura flakes and salmon sashimi, and “Pork Rib Misozuke”, pork rib that is marinated with miso sauce for 48 hours, then grilled with sake, and served with sauce and salad.

For Step 2, options include “Potato Mentaiko Yaki”, potato topped with mentaiko sauce and cheese, “Okonomiyaki Style Ika Tempura”, a popular Tsubohachi signature recipe of deep-fried squid, “Tonkatsu”, deep-fried pork cutlet that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and “Shrimp Tempura”, golden deep-fried shrimp using a special technique to make it extra crispy.

Step 3 is about salad, with options including “Kanikama Salad”, crab stick salad with Japanese-style salad dressing, “Salmon Spicy Yum”, “Caesar Salad”, and “Zuwaigani Salad” (snow crab salad).

Lastly, options in Step 4 include “Ishikari Nabe”, Hokkaido-style hot pot containing salmon, mixed vegetables, and butter, “Sukiyaki (Pork/Beef)”, “Butabara Hakusai Nabe” (cabbage and sliced pork cooked in a broth), and “Kimchi Nabe (Pork/Beef)” with the perfect spiciness.

Moreover, customers who opt for the “Natsu Combo” promotion can enjoy three delightful desserts including “Crystal Mochi”, “Shiratama Hanami Dango” and “Roll de Matcha” at a special price of 69 baht each.

The “Natsu Combo” promotion is only available for dine-in at five locations including BEEHIVE Lifestyle Mall (Muang Thong Thani), Cosmo Bazaar Lifestyle Mall (Muang Thong Thani), The Promenade, Zpell at Future Park Rangsit, and Robinson Lifestyle Ratchaphruek.
