“HEI YIN” Cantonese restaurant proudly presents special dishes featuring Boston lobster imported from U.S.A. which are stored with extra care to maintain quality and freshness. The highly-skilled executive chef Jacky Chan has created two Cantonese-style dishes from this special ingredient which are now available at a special price of only 330++ baht/100 grams (from the original price of 380++ baht/100 grams) from today - 30 November 2023.

Indulge in two special dishes featuring Boston lobster (each weighs 600 - 800 grams) at a special price without traveling to U.S.A. The first dish is “Steamed Boston Lobster with Sticky Rice, Chinese Sausage, Roasted Duck Meat, Conpoy and Shitake Mushroom in Lotus Leaf”. Quality glutinous rice is stir-fried with the restaurant’s secret sauce, Chinese sausage, roasted duck meat, dried scallops and shiitake mushroom before baking with Boston lobster in lotus leaf. Next dish is “Steamed Boston Lobster with Glass Noodles and Black Garlic”, containing bite-sized Boston lobster steamed with glass noodles, chopped garlic and nutrient-packed black garlic for a nice aroma.
