“HEI YIN” Cantonese restaurant introduces five new Cantonese-style desserts priced at 220 - 350 baht, available from today onwards

“HEI YIN”, an authentic Cantonese restaurant, introduces five new desserts to end your special meal. Created by Hong Kong native Executive Chef Jacky Chan who has extensive culinary experience, the new desserts are available from today onwards (or until further notice), with prices ranging from 220 - 350 baht. (Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.)

Five Cantonese-style desserts include “Lotus of Heaven” (250 Baht), glutinous rice balls made from sweet potato, taro, purple sweet potato, and mix-fruit konjac, served with homemade milk tea ice cream made with four types of tea including Oolong tea, Da Hong Pao tea, Ceylon tea, and orchid fragrant tea, topped with pink lotus-shaped panna cotta, “Golden Dragon Egg” (350 Baht), fried giant sesame ball filled with five tiny sesame balls with sweet corn milk cream, topped with golden powder and caramel sauce, “Lovely Yumberry” (220 Baht), containing three colors and styles of desserts - the red ball is filled with yogurt cream mousse, the orange one is made from pumpkin mixed with glutinous rice flour topped with coconut milk, and the purple one is yumberry jelly with sweet and sour taste, “Autumn in The Dark” (220 Baht), daifuku mochi covered with premium vanilla ice cream and topped with black sesame feuilletine, black sesame sauce, and tulies, and “Eight Treasures” (250 Baht), Hong Kong-style egg noodles served with longan sherbet and assorted beans including jujube, ginkgo nuts, millets, red beans, and white jelly mushroom, topped with gold-shaped jelly.

Don’t forget to finish off your special meal with quality Cantonese-style desserts at “HEI YIN” on the 3rd floor of Gaysorn Village. The restaurant is open daily for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Four uniquely decorated private dining rooms are also available. (The fee is 1,000 - 2,000 baht.
