“The Coffee Academïcs” introduces new refreshing summer menu items made from Calamansi, available from today - 31 May 2024

“The Coffee Academïcs”, a world-renowned specialty coffee brand from Hong Kong with branches in Thailand operated by IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, invites all to beat the summer heat with three new menu items made from calamansi from the Philippines that is rich in vitamin C and natural minerals which are good for health. The new Calamansi recipes including two drinks and one cake are priced at 190++ baht each (Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.), available from today until 31 May 2024 at all branches of The Coffee Academïcs.

Add a refreshing touch to the hot summer days with two new drinks made from calamansi and fine Arabica coffee beans meticulously sourced for coffee lovers including “Calamansi Sunbeam” that comes in three beautiful layers - the first layer is Awaken Wonder espresso shot, the second layer is calamansi fruit mix puree, and the third layer is pandan agar agar, topped with pandan leaf and fresh calamansi, and “Ma Peed Orange Pop”, a combination of calamansi fruit mix puree, orange juice, and soda, topped with fresh calamansi. For cake, The Coffee Academïcs proudly presents “Mango Calamansi Mousse”, a refreshing sweet and sour mousse cake made from mango and calamansi.
