Held continuously since 2002 in response to the Teen Anti-Drug Campaign to promote youth activities and encourage teenagers to spend time proactively and wisely, TO BE NUMBER ONE 2024 displays exhibitions that highlight works of local and metropolitan students and takes place at IMPACT Forum Hall 4 from July 12 – 15, 2024.
