Hong Kong Fisherman, the real Hong Kong restaurant specializing in authentic Cantonese cuisine managed by IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd, celebrates its 10-year anniversary of operations with the new look that features more modern interior in vintage style inspired by the Old Shanghai period, but yet still sticks with the original brand concept. The atmosphere of the restaurant gives the feeling of dining in the ocean by the famous Victoria Habour in Hong Kong. The restaurant’s renovation aims to proactively expand Hong Kong restaurant chain in order to inherit the unique taste of Cantonese way of dining.
