Thai fashion rocks in the BIFF&BIL 2013 @ IMPACT

Mrs. Srirat Rastapana (6th left) Director General of Department of International Trade Promotion, presided over the grand opening ceremony of Bangkok International Fashion Fair & Bangkok International Leather Fair 2013 (BIFF&BIL 2013). Organized by the Ministry of Commerce in collaboration with Thailand’s fashion and leather industries, the event was held from March 13th -17th at IMPACT Challenger 1, Muang Thong Thani.  In this year, BIFF&BIL 2013 is conceptualized with the theme “Rhythm of ASEAN”. The event aims to reinforce young Thai designer’s intelligence in design manifesting to the world, as well as to open the stage of connecting network for manufacturers, buyers and distributors in fashion and leather business. The array of wonderful fashion shows in theme of ASEAN apparel have been scheduled to represent by Thai famous models, more than 900 booths of brand name have been displayed, over 8 billion baht is expected to be widespread.
