IMPACT Chef Wins Ice Carving Challenge in “Atlantic Chef Cup Asian Young Chef’s Knife Skills”

IMPACT’s Chef Pakorn Kulkaew (center) won a gold medal for ice carving in “Atlantic Chef Cup Asian Young Chef’s Knife Skills Competition” which was recently held on November 1, 2014 in Taiwan. With his exceptional skills, he proved himself to be the best ice carver among contest ants from various countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.This success strengthens IMPACT’s position as the leading venue in catering service which has been certified to ISO 22000Food Safety Management Standard.
