Entice your taste buds this rainy season with great flavor combination of our home style Chinese Pork Knuckle with Dory Fish Fillet “Sichuan” Style served with steamed jasmine rice.The dish comprises selective Chinese pork knuckle and deep-fried dory fish fillet, topped with the original Sichuan sauce crated by our Hong Kong chef, Chef Peter Lai to compliment the authentic flavor of this Hong Kong style dish.
