Sutthinant Sakulpuchapong (5th from left), Commander Naval Engineering Command attended the opening ceremony of "The 3rd Ship Technology for the Next Decade" at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center. The event highlighted state-of-the-art ship technology, academic conference, the most advanced naval tools and equipment to provide benefits to public and private sectors as well as educational institutions and visitors.
