Holding a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from Vatel Institute, France, Miss Yanisa has a strong vision and determination to deliver first-class services to customers and drive Novotel Bangkok IMPACT to be positioned as the best hotel in Nonthaburi.

With her passion in hotel management services along with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Miss Yanisa has the opportunity to learn and maximize her F&B management skills proficiently. Presently, she is responsible for overall day-to-day food and beverage operations at the hotel restaurants including Prego Italian restaurant, The Square restaurant, 94 Bar, and The Deli. Her key goal is to achieve sales and revenue targets. She is looking forward to work hand in hand with her team to deliver an excellent guest experience at Novotel Bangkok IMPACT hotel.
