IMPACT Sports Club recruits training experts to run new classes
IMPACT Sports Club, operated by IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd, recruits training experts who will be instructing two new classes: “Weight Lifting” and “IMPACT Fight.” These two classes will amp up your workout using music to elevate your mood, keep pace, and make you move.
For the IMPACT Fight class, trainers combine fighting techniques with a good beat of music, exclusively composed by our Sports Club, to burn 700-800 calories per hour. We have also included class schedules for you to download below:
