The opening ceremony of The 62nd Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair

Mr. Sontirat Sontijirawong, Minister of Commerce (4th from left), Mrs. Chantira Jimreivat Vivatrat, Director General of Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) (2nd from left), along with other distinguished guests attended the opening ceremony of Thailand’s most prominent jewelry fair, Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair, celebrating its 62nd anniversary as well as being internationally recognized by both trade buyers and exhibitors alike. It’s all about seeing and being seen, the fair supersedes as a unique and vast marketplace where industry players browse an array of exhibitors, connect with well qualified peers, meet new potential buyers, get their hands on the latest design trends, and engage in a dynamic climate. DITP, Department of International Trade Promotion, comes up with a new concept named “Heritage & Craftsmanship,” welcoming exhibitors and trade visitors from Hong Kong, Turkey, Singapore, and other ASEAN countries with an estimate attendance of 20,000 attendees from 130 countries during September 7-11, 2018 at Challenger 1-3.
