IMPACT’s top performance employees are awarded with “The Good of the Month”

The “Good of the Month” program created by IMPACT’s Human Resource Department is designed to encourage compassion and benevolence within employees, simultaneously promoting positivity in the workplace

Every month, the Human Resource Department will announce and award an employee who has done most good deeds. The results are proclaimed monthly by collecting and reviewing “The Good Cards” that employees fill in with detailed information that their colleagues have done for them and submit the good cards to the Human Resource Department.

For the month of August 2018, Khun Kunwadee, Executive Director, Khun Loy Joon How, General Manager, Khun Manus Fongsamuth, Assistant Director of City Management, and the Management team, presented “The Good of the Month” award to Khun Tongdee Kaesan from the City Management Department. He had helped a colleague who suddenly had seizure and called an ambulance to quickly transport him to the Krungthai General Hospital. His quick and heroic actions saved his colleague’s life!
