The Opening Ceremony of Defense & Security 2022

General Prayuth Chan-o-cha, Minister of Defense, Thailand, and General Warakiat Ratananont, Permanent Secretary of Defense as Chairman of the Organizing Committee for Defense & Security 2022, preside at the opening ceremony of Defense & Security 2022 to witness the cutting edge technologies in military equipment and gears from worldwide manufacturers plus services and solutions that address the innovation and needs for the Thai military and national security.

Running August 29 – September 1, 2022 at the Challenger halls 1-2, Defense & Security 2022 is held under the concept of “united power” and brings together approximately 10,000 defense, private, and federal agency, government agents, and the public along with more than 200 key prospects from around the world and the commanders, admirals, and generals from nearly 32 countries. Attendees have access to special pavilions showcasing the most advanced military technologies such as an unmanned aerial vehicle from the U.S., Israel, Germany, Korea, and China.

Seminars, demonstrations, and business matching are also the highlights of this year’s event.
