Celebrate Chinese New Year at two IMPACT Cantonese restaurants
Two IMPACT Cantonese restaurants - Hong Kong Fisherman at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani and Hong Kong Fisherman Café at K Village - offer you Kong Hei Fat Choy Menu set to celebrate Chinese New Year 2014. Come and enjoy a wide variety of special Cantonese dishes and Dim Sum menu created and prepared by our two Hong Kong chefs - Chef Peter Lai and Chef Chan Yiu Lam. You can either order from the a la carte menu or set menu. The set menu includes Rainbow Raw Salmon Platter, fresh salmon seasoned with sesame oil - fish is a symbol of long and joyful life, Braised Pork Knuckle with Sun-Dried Oyster & Black Moss, braisedporktenderlointhat will melt in your mouth –this dish represents a life filled with happiness and prosperity, Roasted Duck with Green Tea, a big roasted duck served with special sauce – it means the ability to make things happen, Steamed River Prawn with Garlic Sauce, well-selected prawnssteamed and topped with spicy garlic -shrimprepresentsa prosperous life, free fromany obstacles, Steamed Jade Perch Fish with Dong Choy &Shredded Pork, Jade Perch Fish imported from Australia steamed with a combination of Hong Kong style seasoning - fish means abundance, Fried Rice with Assorted Meat in Lotus Leaf, crumbly mixture of rice, spices, shrimp and egg fried until it turns yellow.
