IMPACT plays its potent role in fostering the government’s soft power policies

IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd plays its potent role in fostering the government’s soft power policies through hosting celebratory events, concerts, and festivals.

          CEO of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd Paul Kanjanapas says “The government is pushing forward the implementation of the soft power policies and sets aside a budget for the major 11 industries including the Tourism, Food, Arts, Festival, and Sports Industries. The Thai business events industry serves as a catalyst in solidifying economic growth and securing Thailand as the preeminent destination for high profile events in Asia.”

          Each year the center has attracted nearly 10 million keynote figures, industry professionals, key decision makers, organizers, attendees, and visitors alike from around the globe and averaged more than 800 local, regional, and international events, incentives, entertainment, and concerts. Our recent prominent events that helped promote soft power policies in a big way included THAIFEX Anuga Asia and World Hindu Congress, which stimulated the national economy and promoted Thailand’s refined hospitality on the national stage.

Coming up next is Kite on the Lake, held May 17 - 19, 2024, that is a family-friendly event that will promote the unique cultural heritage of Thailand as well as our traditional kite flying.

 

          “IMPACT's bookings for 2024 bode well for local and international concerts, which are slated to witness an increase of 20% compared to the year prior. IMPACT Arena is still gaining popularity among artists, singers, and event organizers worldwide. The venue is fully booked for the whole year. Although not as popular as the IMPACT Arena, the Challenger halls 1 - 3 spanning more than 60,000 square meters of recreational space together with the 48,000-square-meter Exhibition Centers 5 - 12, can fulfill the demand for event space when no availability at the IMPACT Arena. More than 15 shows and events will take place at the Challenger halls 1 - 3 including Summer Sonic Bangkok 2024, August 24-25, 2024. In 2023, the venue hosted approximately 1,551 events composed of seminars, meetings, incentives, exhibitions, wedding ceremonies, 38 local and 52 international concerts,” Paul concluded.
