Gourmet Master Chef: Global Challenge 2024 will crown the next winner at Lenôtre Culinary Arts School Thailand on October 22, 2024

          IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd in collaboration with International Association of Gourmet Master Chefs and Hospitality Executives (GMC) kicks off the final showdown of the first Gourmet Master Chefs – Global Challenge 2024 on October 22, 2024 at Lenôtre Culinary Arts School Thailand where the finalists will battle against each other until only one remains.

          First premiered in 2010, GMC has become the holy grail of top cooking shows. This year, more than 3,500 talented chefs from all corners of the world participate in a culinary contest, first ever held outside of Hong Kong and China. This internationally acclaimed master chef competition garners global support from members from 21 countries worldwide, which include Michelin star chefs, sommeliers, hoteliers, restaurateurs, people in the food and hospitality industry, industry prospects, food enthusiasts, and investors, putting the show in the spotlight.

          Allowing each group of contestants with different levels of knowledge and culinary expertise to bring out the best in them without mismatching their skills and capabilities, the competition is divided into 3 categories: students, professional chefs, and grand master chefs. For this year, “The Celebrity & Master Chef Global Challenge 2024” is the star of the show. Seven exceptional teams from around the world will compete in an intense culinary showdown, including: Michelin-starred Chef CHENG Kam Fu from Hong Kong, Nooror Steppe, the Founder and Executive Chef of Blue Elephant from Thailand, Frédéric TUAL at Lenôtre From France, Master Chef Maykel ARTS from the Netherlands, Master Chef Dennis WONG from the United States, Master Chef Arron Huang from Chinese Taipei, and Star Chef James Aw from Singapore.

          The Founder and Head Judge of the GMC Louis Chan and CEO of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd Paul Kanjanapas along with the esteemed panel of judges must select which dishes can take home the title of “World Champion of GMC 2024” and the prestigious “GMC – Flying Dragon World Cup,” based on dish presentations, creativity, flavors, and cooking techniques.

          Apart from the GMC 2024 on October 22, 2024, Gourmet Mater Chefs Asia Culinary and Hospitality Summit Forum will honor the winners during a grand gala evening at Sapphire rooms 101 – 103, IMPACT Forum, accompanied by celebrity chefs, experts in the culinary field, culinary leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs in a related field.
