IMPACT Catering announces rebranding and introduces IMPACT’s restaurant brands for off-site catering

IMPACT Catering, a leading catering provider with over 25 years of experience, has announced a rebranding and strategic shift to better serve a broader range of events and address the diverse needs of its customers. As part of the rebranding, IMPACT Catering is introducing 18 restaurant brands under the IMPACT group to offer comprehensive and outstanding off-site catering services, under the new slogan, “No Matter the Occasion, Think of IMPACT Catering,” to attract more customers.
Mrs. Acharawan Suparngkarat, Director of Sales at IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., the operator of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, discussed the overall food and beverage business, with a focus on IMPACT Catering, which has been operating alongside IMPACT Muang Thong Thani for over 25 years. In response to evolving changes and customer needs, the company has undergone a rebranding and revised its strategic plans to offer catering services for a wide range of events, on any occasion, to better meet customer demands, under the new slogan, “No Matter the Occasion, Think of IMPACT Catering.”
IMPACT Catering offers both on-site (IMPACT) and off-site catering services for various events, including conferences, parties, concerts, religious ceremonies, weddings, and other special occasions. The menu options include a diverse selection, such as cocktails, Chinese set menus, international buffets, Western-style set meals, Thai cuisine, snacks, boxed meals, and Chef's Table services featuring Western, Chinese, and Japanese dishes. Each event is handled with attention to detail, from consultation on event format and venue selection to planning and presenting a diverse range of menu options, such as themed menus, seasonal dishes, healthy choices, halal food, and vegan menus. Its comprehensive services also include food preparation by a team of skilled chefs, waiter service, venue decoration, and the arrangement of additional equipment, tables, chairs, stages, activity areas, children’s entertainment zones, and transportation.
The rebranding of IMPACT Catering aims to build a new image and offer an exceptional experience for customers by introducing 18 restaurant brands under the IMPACT group, divided into five categories: 1) Four Chinese restaurants – Hong Kong Fisherman, Hong Kong Café, Hong Kong Suki, and HEI YIN, 2) Three Japanese restaurants – Tsubohachi, Taisho-Tei, and Nippon Yokocho, 3) Three coffee shops – The Coffee Academïcs, Ease Café, and 6 Zero Garage & Roaster, 4) Five international restaurants – Thonglor Thai Cuisine, Terrazza, Isan @Arena, IMPACT Lakefront, IMPACT Farm, and Beverage Bar at Food Arena, and 5) Two pubs and bars – Flann O’Brien’s Irish Pub and Retro Bar & Café. All of these can provide both on-site and off-site catering services, offering customized menus to meet customers' needs.
Since 2024, IMPACT Catering has provided consultation and planning for food menus and venue decorations for over 1,500 off-site events. These include product launches, weddings, conferences, coffee omakase and wine pairing events, as well as premium dining experiences featuring seasonal menus crafted by a team of professional chefs. Over the past two years, its halal kitchen has served more than 10,000 Muslim customers and over 100,000 international attendees at incentive events each year.
Mrs. Acharawan added that IMPACT Catering stands out for its readiness and unique advantages as a provider based at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. The venue is fully equipped to accommodate events ranging from small gatherings to large-scale functions with up to 10,000 attendees, without the need to rent equipment elsewhere. Additionally, IMPACT Catering has established business partnerships in various areas of catering, such as sourcing ingredients, transportation, and event-specific decorations for celebrations and product launches. This allows the company to expand its services into weddings, educational institution activities, birthday parties, and social gatherings for both Thai and international customers with diverse needs. Furthermore, with a team of international chefs and collaboration with Lenôtre Culinary Arts School Thailand, IMPACT’s chefs continually enhance their culinary skills through ongoing training.
