IMPACT chef team shows leadership potential of food and catering services, winning prizes in Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2019

IMPACT reinforced its leadership in food and catering services that are on par with international standards by sending the IMPACT bakery chef team to compete on in the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2019 (TUCC), a 5-day culinary competition at THAIFEX-World of Food Asia 2019, Asia's largest food and beverage trade show. IMPACT chef team competed in three categories: Chef Sarunyu Laongpao competed in the Free Style Showpieces category, Chef Navapong Rungjang competed in Different Individually Western Plated Dessert category, and Chef Sudthipan Dangpad represented in the Petites Four/Pralines dessert category. All three chefs demonstrated their exceptional skills and gave it their all. Their hard work and expertise have paid off with silver and bronze medals along with a certificate. The prestigious awards reflected the success of quality personnel development very well. The competition also opened up the world of food and bakery for IMPACT chefs to learn new things and improve their skills.
These achievements are the result of work experience and excellent skills to create great work that was recognized at the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2019, in which more than 70 teams of professional chefs from various countries such as Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Korea competing against one another. The IMPACT chef team is considered a major force in strengthening the growth of IMPACT's food and beverage business with good quality and high service standard.
