(May 2013) Hong Kong Fisherman, IMPACT’s signature restaurant, in Muang Thong Thani introduces quality menu highlighting bird nest as top ingredient that delicately cooked by the restaurant’s top chef, Chan Yew Lam, a veteran in Hong Kong cuisine.  Nourishing beauty with two recommended menu namely Bird’s Nest Soup with Chicken Mousse and Double Boiled Bird’s Nest in Young Coconut, priced at 900 baht per a dish. This special promotion is offered though out May and June.
