IMPACT brings its Hong Kong Restaurant Chain to the city center The new ‘Hong Kong Fisherman Cafe’ guarantees authentic Hong Kong cuisine by the Iron Chef Thailand

Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, Managing Director of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co. Ltd., unveiled that the new ‘Hong Kong Fisherman Café’ is the 10th restaurant under the IMPACT umbrella. It is also the 4th outlet of the Hong Kong chain, which has been developing from the flagship restaurant, Hong Kong Fisherman Suki& Restaurant at Hall 8, IMPACT Exhibition Centre. Based on good feedback from customers, the company launched Hong Kong Café at Atrium 3, IMPACT Challenger in April 2012 and early this year Hong Kong Suki was opened at SukhothaiAvenue 99, Muang Thong Thani.
“Our Hong Kong restaurants emphasize their expertise in Cantonese cuisine which is one of the eight culinary traditions of Chinese cuisine and well recognized internationally. The new Hong Kong Fisherman Café is locatedat K-Sqaure Zone, 2ndof KVillage, and targets office workers, families, and residents around the Sukhumvit Area. It operates under the concept of a Hong Kong style teahouse. The team who supervise the food quality and taste are professional chefs from Hong Kong who guarantee customers an authentic Hong Kong style dining experience,” said Mr. Paul.
He added, “Recently, we have welcomed Chef Peter Lai, who has 40 years of experience in cooking and is well recognized overseas, especially in Thailand with the title of Iron Chef – Chinese cuisine. Chef Peter Lai oversees the operations of our Chinese kitchens including at the Hong Kong chain.”
At Hong Kong Fisherman Café, customers will find a variety of mouth-watering menu choices including authentic Hong Kong dim sum, noodle dishes, hot pots, slow-cooked soups, succulent BBQ platters (roast pork, roast duck or goose) and much more. The chefsemphasize the quality of fresh ingredients to ensurea great taste and experience of Hong Kong cuisine for a perfect lunch, dinner or yum cha. 
According to Mr. Paul, IMPACT aims to operate more restaurants in the city. The company will introduce different kinds of cuisines providing a variety of choices for customers.  Apart from the Hong Kong chain, IMPACT operates two branches of Flann O’Brien’s Irish Pub, the first at Atrium 3, IMPACT Challenger and another at Asiatique the River Front. In addition, there are Bistro de Champagne Restaurant at Lobby IMPACT Challenger 3, Manorah Thai Restaurant at Lobby IMPACT Challenger 3, Terrazza Restaurant and Bar at Hall 2 IMPACT Exhibition Center, and Noodle Nation at Hall 6 IMPACT Exhibition Center.
