“Hong Kong Fisherman”, a quality Hong Kong-style Chinese restaurant managed by IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, welcomes the Dragon Boat Festival with “Hong Kong-style Sticky Rice Dumpling with Dried Scallops and Assorted Meat” created by Chef Chow Tai Shing, the highly-experienced head chef with over 40 years of experience. The sticky rice dumpling is priced at 380 baht per piece and available from May 26 - June 10, 2024.

Let’s celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival with a delectable festive treat, “Hong Kong-style Sticky Rice Dumpling with Dried Scallops and Assorted Meat”, which is packed with over 10 quality ingredients including sticky rice, Hong Kong-style roasted duck, shitake mushroom, pork belly, Chinese pork sausage, salted egg yolk, chestnuts, peeled mung beans, peanuts, dried shrimps, and dried scallops. All the ingredients are stir-fried together and wrapped in dried lotus and bamboo leaves. After that, the rice dumpling is boiled until perfectly cooked to achieve the authentic Hong Kong taste. Pairing it with sugar and Hong Kong soy sauce will enhance the flavor to another level.
