“HEI YIN” the authentic Cantonese restaurant proudly presents Hong Kong-style suki created by Hong Kong native Executive Chef Jacky Chan using high quality ingredients. The suki set, starting at 600++ baht, comes with mixed vegetables and a set of rice porridge, complemented by your choice of premium meats and live seafood, with prices ranging from 300++ - 2,500++ baht. (All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.) Hong Kong-style suki is available from today onwards (until further notice).

“HEI YIN” Cantonese restaurant invites everyone to experience Hong Kong-style suki, with four varieties of soup to choose from (choose one) including pork bone soup, century eggs and coriander root soup, Mala Sichuan soup, and Satay soup. The suki comes with mixed vegetables including spinach, cabbage, carrot, and assorted mushrooms, as well as vermicelli and tofu, and a rice porridge set served with a variety of toppings and condiments such as egg, shiitake mushroom, peanut, spring onion and ginger. Moreover, there are premium meat and seafood options for you to select including sliced Japanese wagyu beef A3 (2,500++ / 300 g.), sliced Japanese pork collar (1,200++ baht / 300 g.), poached sliced conch (1,200++ baht / 300 g.), chicken thigh (300++ / 300 g.) and live seafood such as Australian lobster, Canadian lobster, red grouper, and sand goby fish (prices vary depending on choices and weight).

The restaurant is open daily for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and for dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Four uniquely decorated private dining rooms are also available. (The fee is 1,000 - 2,000 baht.
