“Tsubohachi” Japanese restaurant introduces four delicious dishes featuring “Hotaru Ika” imported from the Chubu region of Japan

“Tsubohachi”, a leading Izakaya-style Japanese restaurant from Hokkaido, Japan, invites everyone to try four delicious dishes featuring “Hotaru Ika” or “firefly squid”, a premium seasonal ingredient imported from Toyama bay in the Chubu region of Japan. The restaurant’s skilled Japanese chef has meticulously created four dishes for Thai customers to try the unique taste of firefly squid, with prices ranging from 129 - 229 baht. (Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT). The “Hotaru Ika” seasonal menu is available from today until 30 April 2025 at all branches of “Tsubohachi” (except The Portal Lifestyle Complex branch).

Four quality dishes made with Hotaru Ika include “Hotaru Ika Sashimi” (229 baht), fresh firefly squids served with lemon and wakame seaweed, “Hotaru Ika Aburi” (129 baht), grilled firefly squid skewers, “Hotaru Ika Hotate Uni Sauce Yaki” (139 baht), a perfect combo for seafood lovers containing grilled firefly squids and Hotate (Japanese scallop) with special uni (sea urchin) sauce, and “Hotaru Ika Spicy Yum” (229 baht), firefly squids with Thai-style spicy salad dressing.
