Uwajima invites you to celebrate this coming year-end season with hearty Nabe menu, a classic winter hot-pot dish in Japan to eat during a celebration time. Enjoy yourself with two special menus, including Nira Sukiyaki, a big pot of sukiyaki packed with Shitake mushroom, Enoki mushroom, Chinese cabbage, leek, garlic chives, tofu and udon, with your choice of pork belly slice or tender beef slice in sukiyaki soup, and Volcano Fujiyama, a big bowl of a special creation of pork or beef spicy Nabe packed with spicy niku miso, Enoki mushroom, udon, Chinese cabbage, leek, bean sprouts, chili powder, shredded chili powder and kimchi sauce in Tonkotsu soup. Going out for Nabe is the perfect way to stay warm while enjoying scenic lake view along with numbers of seafood and charcoal grill menus at Uwajima.
