IMPACT announces the position of Jacky Chan as executive chef to solidify Chinese kitchen team
IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jacky Chan or Chan Kwok Hung as Executive Chinese Chef to incorporate new techniques and introduce authentic flavors beyond the scope of Chinese cuisine.
Chef Jacky Chan has over 40 years of Chinese culinary experience. Prior to joining IMPACT, he had worked for Chinese restaurants at various 5-star hotels both domestically and internationally, including the Pacific Club, Bangkok, Conrad Bangkok, Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok, Sofitel Bangkok Silom, Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square, Nikko Hotel and The American Club Hong Kong, respectively. At IMPACT, he is behind the scenes of success of the company’s Chinese banquet service. With his extensive experience and a deep passion for Chinese cuisine, IMPACT is confident Chef Jacky Chan will deliver new alternatives of delectable and superior-quality Hong Kong-style Chinese delights to Thai guests who have a taste for Chinese food, while maintaining the quality in accordance with the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Standard.
Chef Jacky Chan specializes in a wide variety of delicious Cantonese and fusion dishes to exhilarate your taste buds. Several ingredients are not only attentively selected from international sources but also from local sources all over Thailand to help support Thai farmers financially. Chef Jacky will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development of food business in the restaurant including selecting the finest ingredients to create delectable menus, as well as providing excellent service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
