“Tsubohachi” rolls out “Salmon and Hoba Yaki” promotion featuring scrumptious salmon dishes and seafood grilled on Hoba leaf in an authentic Japanese style

Tsubohachi, a famous Izakaya-style Japanese restaurant from Hokkaido, Japan that has been in business for more than 48 years, invites you to pamper your taste buds with the new “Salmon and Hoba Yaki” promotion. Prepare to be amazed with the new gimmick of the dish that brings salmon to grill on Hoba leaf which is imported from Takayama, enabling you to taste the authentic Japanese delicacy. The 6 recommended menus start with “Salmon Hoba Yaki” (279 Baht), fresh and firm salmon grilled on Hoba leaf with special miso sauce recipe to increase more heavenly taste. The next dishes, “Maguro Hoba Yaki” (279 Baht) and “Maguro Hoba Yaki” (349 Baht), are also delectable and worth trying. There is also “Salmon Yukke Cheese Sushi” (599 Baht), a sushi dish that will impress you with salmon sushi marinated with sauce, topped with oozy cheese and served in a 51-centimeter long tray (for 2-3 persons).
