Discover the Delicacy of Hokkaido Crabs at “Tsubohachi” Japanese Restaurant
“Tsubohachi”, a Hokkaido-originated Japanese restaurant, invites all customers to experience the delicacy of two types of Hokkaido crab including Tarabagani (king crab) and Zuwaigani (snow crab). The Hokkaido crabs are meticulously cooked and prepared by a Japanese chef throughout this year. Customers can enjoy original meals like eating in Japan, with prices ranging from of 199-1,999 baht.
To begin with, “Zuwaigani Masu-Sushi” (199 baht) is served in a wooden box containing Japanese rice and sweet and juicy snow crab meat. Another must-try dish is “Kani Zousui” (269 baht), a Japanese-style boiled rice with chunks of snow crab meat served in hot pot. Next, “Tarabagani Kamameshi” (379 baht) is made from Japanese rice with Katsuo fish soup and king crab and cooked for 25 minutes. Another recommended menu item is “Zuwaigani” (999 baht), a selected fresh crab that is steamed for 5 minutes. Other must-try dishes are steamed king crab “Gokai Mushi Tarabagani” (1,599 baht) and “Tarabagani Shabu-Shabu” (1,999 baht), containing king crab legs, assorted vegetables, and side dishes. Lastly, “Zuwaigani Salad” (219 baht) comprises fresh snow crab meat and vegetables.
