Jackie Chan, executive Chinese chef with decades of culinary experience, takes pride in every detail and ingredient he selects for his creative dishes including this time where he offers grilled jumbo river prawns for only 799 baht for the first 20 pieces and 899 baht thereafter. “The secret part is cutting a prawn in half and toss it on a charcoal grill at a proper temperature. Remove the prawn from the grill when it’s cooked through. The spicy seafood dipping sauce gives a nice kick to it,” explained Jackie Chan.
