IMPACT Lakefront launches new summer menu featuring an array of seafood creations and interna-tional dishes, available now until 30 June 2022

“IMPACT Lakefront”, a landmark in the heart of Muang Thong Thani managed by IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., offers different types of restaurants, fun-filled activities, scenic lake view, and relaxing vibes, making it suitable for people of all ages. There are four quality restaurants at IMPACT Lakefront including “Breeze Café & Bar”, “Isan Jim Joom”, “Uwajima” Japanese restaurant, and “Jackie Seafood”, a Hong Kong style seafood restaurant. To welcome summer and Songkran festival, a wide range of new seafood and international menus and refreshing drinks is on offer from today until 30 June 2022, with prices ranging from 89 to 599 baht.

To begin with, “Breeze Café & Bar” proudly presents “Beef Lasagna” (299 baht), an Italian dish made with fine ingredients including minced beef, lasagna sheets and cheese, “Grilled Snow Fish Steak served with Green Pea Puree” (599 baht), “Deep-fried Chicken Wing with Herbs” (159 baht), crispy and juicy fried chicken wings with herbs, “Battered Squid Eggs” (189 baht), fried squid eggs served with seafood dipping sauce, “Crispy Betel Leaves with Shrimps” (189 baht), crispy fried betel leaves and shrimps served with plum sauce and roasted chili dip, and “Gogowa Drink” (89 baht), a refreshing and colorful drink made from pineapple juice, lemon juice and soda water.

Next, “Isan Jim Joom” introduces “Yum Tok Talay” (599 baht), a Thai-style spicy salad comprising salmon, scallops, cockles, prawns, squid, salted egg yolk, fermented fish sauce, and pineapple, “Gaeng Oum with Red Ant Eggs” (259 baht), a flavorful Thai curry consisting of Thai herbs, wild star gooseberry leaves, and red ant eggs, “Red Ant Eggs Omelet” (159 baht), and “Wagyu Beef & Durian Jungle Hot Pot” (599 baht), a Thai-style spicy beef curry with unripe durian served in a hot pot.

Uwajima introduces traditional and fusion Japanese dishes including “Sakura Ebi Temaki” (569 baht), a DIY sushi set consisting of sushi rice, seaweed, salmon, tako wasabi (squid mixed with wasabi), ikura (salmon roe), sakura ebi (small shrimps), Japanese cucumber, dashimaki tamago (Japanese rolled ome-let), and don tare (special sauce), and “Sakura Mochi with Ice Cream” (169 baht), a refreshing Japa-nese dessert comprising sakura denbu, Azuki red bean paste, mochi, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, sakura flowers, and chocolate syrup.

Lastly, Jackie Seafood presents new seafood creations including “Khow Phad Chawsamut” (799 baht), seafood fried rice packed full of river prawn, squid, crab meat, New Zealand mussels, and scallops, served in a crispy riceberry bowl, and “Kai Toon Poo in Young Coconut” (599 baht), fluffy steamed egg with young coconut water and crab meat, topped with deep-fried soft shell crab and fried garlic.
