“HEI YIN” celebrates Dragon Boat Festival with “Hong Kong style Rice Dumpling” crafted by Hong Kong native chef 

“HEI YIN”, the authentic Cantonese restaurant, welcomes Dragon Boat Festival with “Hong Kong style Rice Dumpling” meticulously crafted from fine quality ingredients by a Hong Kong native chef to ensure the authentic taste. This festive treat will be available from 25 May - 3 June 2022 at 420 baht.  

“Hong Kong style Rice Dumpling” from “HEI YIN” is packed with premium quality and healthy ingredients including sticky rice, abalone, conch meat, crispy pork, dried scallops, mung bean, pork belly, lotus seeds, salted egg yolk, Chinese mushroom and chestnut. All the ingredients are wrapped in lotus and bamboo leaves and boiled for 30 minutes. This delectable Rice Dumpling is available for both dine-in and takeaway. Takeaway rice dumpling will be packed in a vacuum bag which can be stored in the refrigerator for one week and easily reheated in a 800 watts microwave for 10 minutes.

“HEI YIN” is located on the 3rd floor of Gaysorn Village and open daily for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (last order 2.30 p.m.) and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. (last order 9.30 p.m.).
