“Breeze Cafe & Bar” and “The Coffee Academïcs”, two quality restaurants owned and operated by IMPACT, proudly present three menu items made with “avocado”, which is considered a nutrient-packed superfood and a perfect health conscious option. Avocados that both restaurants use are organic produce from local farmers in Chiang Mai who are members of the “IMPACT Farm” project. 

Let’s start with “Breeze Cafe & Bar”, a restaurant with lakeside view and relaxing atmosphere at IMPACT Lakefront. The restaurant introduces “Smoked Salmon & Avocado Toast with Poached Egg” (239 baht), a perfect combination of multigrain bread, smoked salmon and avocado topped with dill mustard and black sesame sauce and served with salad. 

Next, “The Coffee Academïcs”, a famous specialty coffee brand from Hong Kong, offers healthy options for the health conscious and avocado lovers like “Pulled Chicken Avocado Scramble White Egg on Toast” (320 Baht), sourdough toast packed with sliced avocado and 75-minute sous vide chicken breast served with scrambled egg. Another must-try dish is “Nori Avocado Toast'' (280 baht), sourdough toast packed with mashed avocado and healthy toppings like Nori seaweed, pistachio, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds and red radish. The toast is served with an organic poached egg and a piece of lemon that will fill you up for the day.
