“IMPACT Lakefront” proudly present 14 healthy and delicious Vietnamese dishes
“IMPACT Lakefront”, a hub of quality restaurants with scenic lake views led by Chef Wannapha Chaisit, aka Chef Mam, invites everyone to enjoy traditional and contemporary Vietnamese recipes using organic vegetables from organic farms in Chiang Mai under the “IMPACT Farm” project. There are 14 menu items with prices ranging from 169 - 499 baht, available from today onwards.
First of all, “Breeze Café & Bar” introduces two menu items for everyone to try including “Vietnamese Style Shrimp and Chili Sausage Pizza” (199 baht), crispy Vietnamese dough filled with various toppings like egg, shrimp, and chicken sausage, and topped with mayonnaise, and “Banh Mi Chicken Sandwich” (199 baht), French-influenced Vietnamese-style sandwich using homemade bread and filled with chicken and vegetables.
Next, “Isan Jim Joom” offers 12 Vietnamese options including “Vietnamese Style Roast Duck Wraps” (399 baht), served with organic vegetables to accompany with roast duck, “Vietnamese Style Shrimp Ball Wraps” (389 baht), containing organic vegetables and fried shrimp balls made with real shrimps served with various Vietnamese-style dipping sauces, “Mixed Pork Pho” (169 baht), Vietnamese-style noodle soup with flavorful broth, perfectly cooked braised pork and Pho noodles, “Miang Sea Bass Vietnamese Style” (499 baht), “Miang Pla Tub Tim Vietnamese Style” (429 baht), fresh fish steamed with various Thai herbs accompanied with tri-color rice noodles, vegetables, and special dipping sauce, “Crispy Shrimp Pancake” (249 baht), crispy spring roll sheets with shrimp filling served with sweet dipping sauce, “Vietnamese Pork Steamed Rice Rolls” (199 baht), “Vietnamese Pork Savory Crepe” (199 baht), crispy Vietnamese-style crepe filled with minced pork, tofu, and bean sprouts, “Fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls” (229 baht), “Deep-fried Shrimp with Sugar Cane” (269 baht), golden deep-fried shrimp with sugar cane, “Deep-fried Spring Rolls” (169 baht), packed with minced pork, Chinese mushroom and vermicelli, and “Grilled Marinated Pork and Shrimp Wrapped in Wild Betel Leaves” (299 baht), grilled quality pork and shrimp wrapped in wild betel leaves and served with tri-color rice noodles.
