Hong Kong Fisherman proudly presents new menu items made from “fresh conch”, a rare and premium ingredient, created by Hong Kong-native chef, available from today - 30 December 2022

Hong Kong Fisherman at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani introduces eight menu items made from high quality fresh conches and created by a Hong Kong-native chef. Conch is a premium ingredient that is rare to find and rich in protein. It also has several health benefits including relieving heat, quenching thirst and nourishing the body. New menu items are available from today until 30 December 2022, with prices ranging from 680 - 750 baht

Delectable fresh conch dishes at Hong Kong Fisherman include “Conch Soup with Morel Mushrooms, Dried Scallops, Bamboo Fungus, Black Mushrooms and Chinese Herbs” (750 baht), containing premium ingredients ike conch, Morel mushrooms, the queen of wild mushrooms, dried scallops, black mushrooms and Chinese herbs, “Sautéed Conch, Assorted Mushrooms and Broccoli with Black Truffle Sauce” (680 baht), sautéed thin-sliced conch with special sauce, assorted mushrooms and broccoli with truffle sauce from Italy, and “Sautéed Conch, Celery and Capsicums with X.O. Sauce” (680 baht), sautéed conch with celery and X.O. sauce created by a Hong Kong chef using quality ingredients including chilies, dried shrimps, garlic, and dried scallops. Other must-try menus are “Sautéed Conch and Sugar Snap Pea with Sichuan Spicy Mala Sauce” (680 baht), with hot and spicy taste from Sichuan Mala sauce, “Sautéed Conch and Capsicums with Black Bean Sauce” (680 baht), “Sautéed Conch, Black Garlic and Chinese Jujube with Hong Kong Kale” (680 baht), sautéed conch with quality spices and black garlic which helps lower cholesterol, Chinese jujube and Hong Kong kale, and “Sautéed Conch, Assorted Mushrooms with “Laoganma” Chili Sauce” (680 baht), sautéed conch with Yunnan chili and Laoganma chili sauce. The last highlighted dish is “Poached Conch served with Ginger, Scallion and Chili in Soya Sauce” (680 baht), soft boiled conch served with spicy seafood sauce and Hong Kong soya sauce.
